Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Rocketocity LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Rocketocity," "we," "us," or "our"), operates Rocketocity.com. This Privacy Policy explains information handling for this corporate website and related inquiries. The site introduces our company, technology development, and operating brands; it is not the Rocket X-Ray application. Separate brand websites, products, and services may have different notices and agreements. This policy does not describe their data practices.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form requires your name, business email address, company, inquiry category selected from the available choices, and message. A telephone number is optional. We receive those details and any information you choose to include in follow-up correspondence. We use them to understand and respond to business relationships, technology partnerships, product inquiries, and strategic opportunities. If you omit required fields, we cannot process the form; you can instead contact us by email.

The corporate site does not offer accounts, accept payments or file uploads, or collect application usage data. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, confidential business records, or personal information about other people that is unnecessary for your inquiry. Free-text messages can contain sensitive information if you supply it; we do not request it.

Website requests and essential security

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, request times, requested resources, and browser or device headers, to provide hosting and security. Hosting and security services may use essential security cookies or similar technologies. Cloudflare Turnstile is a third-party bot-protection service used with the inquiry form. It processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information, and information about the site and security challenge. These security requests reach Cloudflare independently of optional analytics consent.

Turnstile supports essential abuse prevention, not advertising consent. Cloudflare also processes signals to improve its bot detection under its own privacy terms. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Blocking essential security resources may prevent form submission. You may email us instead.

How inquiries are delivered and protected

A Cloudflare Pages Function processes form submissions and uses Postmark to send a transactional inquiry email to [email protected] from a verified sending address. Postmark and the receiving mailbox provider process message content, addressing information, and delivery metadata. This handling is necessary to transmit and manage your inquiry; it is not a newsletter subscription. See Postmark's Privacy Policy for its practices.

The form's rate-limit and duplicate-submission controls use atomic Cloudflare Durable Object records. These records use salted IP hashes as keys and store limited information such as payload hashes, receipt identifiers, counters, and expiry information, not the full inquiry message. Hashing reduces direct exposure of identifiers but does not make the records necessarily anonymous. A receipt identifier supports submission handling; it does not establish that a person has read or accepted your inquiry.

Purposes and recipients

We use inquiry details and correspondence to respond, route requests to appropriate personnel, evaluate a proposed relationship, and maintain the resulting business correspondence. Technical and security information helps deliver the website, prevent spam and duplicate submissions, investigate misuse, and protect systems. We may also use necessary records to comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Information is available to personnel and contractors who need it for these purposes and to hosting, security, transactional-email, and mailbox providers supporting the process. We may disclose necessary information to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, parties involved in protecting legal rights, or a successor in a corporate transaction subject to applicable protections. We may also disclose information at your direction. We do not provide inquiry information to advertisers or data brokers.

Analytics and optional audience insights

Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, measures corporate website engagement using pseudonymous browser identifiers and sanitized page information. Google advertising and user-provided data collection are disabled. Ordinary US analytics defaults on unless you opt out; outside the US or when location is unknown, permission is required. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional services.

Audience insights require affirmative permission. Rocketura Signals / AudienceLab may associate public-page visits with available names, company and employment information, business and personal emails, phone numbers, addresses, homeowner indicators and other provider enrichment. Provider matches are not independently verified or confirmed leads. Authorized personnel can review returned records in a protected workspace. We do not automatically contact matched visitors or expose their records in public reports.

Choose Privacy preferences to accept, decline or change optional services. Audience identification stays off until accepted. Form values are not included in measurement events. Legal pages and private paths do not load optional vendor scripts. Essential hosting, bot protection and inquiry delivery continue independently. Preferences apply to this browser and device; blocked storage may prevent persistence and optional services fail closed. See Your Privacy Choices.

How long we keep information

Form anti-abuse records used for rate limits and duplicate-submission protection expire for application use within 24 hours of creation. Scheduled cleanup removes expired records, subject to platform processing delays and backup practices. This 24-hour period applies only to those limited form-control records; it is not a deletion deadline for inquiry emails, replies, Postmark delivery records, Cloudflare security logs, or backups.

We retain inquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential business relationship, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, protect our rights, or meet legal obligations. The applicable period depends on the nature and status of the inquiry, whether a business relationship follows, and any legal or legitimate recordkeeping needs. We do not promise a uniform automatic deletion date for all correspondence.

Cloudflare, Postmark, and our receiving email provider maintain their own operational records and backups according to applicable service settings and retention practices. A local privacy opt-out preference remains in your browser until you reset it, clear site data, or the browser removes it. You may request deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]; we will evaluate requests and explain any lawful retention exceptions that apply.

Conditional state privacy rights

Your rights depend on your residence, the information involved, and whether the relevant law applies to Rocketocity and the processing. A corporate or business inquiry does not necessarily receive the same coverage in every state. This notice does not assert that Rocketocity meets a particular state's coverage requirements.

Where applicable, California residents may request information about collection, sources, purposes, disclosures, and specific personal information; access or a portable copy; correction; deletion; and opt-out of sale or sharing. They may also have a right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information and to exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics about visitors.

Where applicable, Colorado, Oregon, and other state laws may provide confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights concerning sale, targeted advertising, or profiling for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Oregon may also provide a list of specific third-party recipients. We do not conduct that significant-decision profiling through this site. Rights, exceptions, agent authority, and appeal procedures vary by jurisdiction.

Requests, authorized agents, and appeals

Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request." Describe your request and state of residence. For access, correction, or deletion, we may verify you using existing correspondence or minimally necessary additional information. Do not send identity documents or sensitive identifiers unless we explain why a secure verification method is necessary. Browser opt-outs do not require an account or identity verification.

An authorized agent may contact the same mailbox. Where applicable, we may request evidence of authority and proportionate confirmation from you. We use verification information only to authenticate and handle the request. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any permitted extension or denial. Where an appeal right applies, reply with "Privacy Appeal," identifying the decision and reasons for review. We will explain the outcome and any available regulator complaint route. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Security, children, and changes

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no transmission, mailbox, or storage system is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations. This business-oriented site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if a child has submitted information. We post updates here with a revised date and provide additional notice when required. For questions, contact Rocketocity LLC at [email protected].
